Lance Armstrong is retiring after this year's Tour. Can't say I'm too surprised.
In an unrelated occurrence, I'm taking my bike into the shop this weekend to have some new hardware (Ultegra derailleurs & such) installed. Need to start riding again.
Ran 6 miles last Saturday, which wasn't terribly hard at all. Furthest I've ever ran. Five miles next Saturday (a step-back week) then 8 miles the Next Saturday, which should be interesting.
